GFF

About the Foundation

Rooted in community. Growing what matters.

The Graham Family Foundation is the charitable arm of Solomon's Minds, created to invest directly in the small businesses and nonprofits that make Maryland communities stronger.

Our Mission

Remove cost as a barrier to good work

We support small businesses and nonprofit organizations by funding a wide range of business and organizational services — from technology and infrastructure to the everyday tools that help good work grow.

Every grant is designed so that the organizations doing important work in our communities can focus on their mission, not their overhead.

Why We Invest

Small businesses and nonprofits are the backbone of thriving communities

They create local jobs, deliver essential services, and reinvest in the neighborhoods they serve — yet they're often the least able to absorb the cost of the tools they need to compete and grow.

We believe that with the right support at the right moment, these organizations can do even more of what they do best. That's why GFF exists: to invest directly in the people and organizations building stronger, more resilient communities, one grant at a time.

Local Jobs

Small organizations hire locally and keep opportunity close to home.

Essential Services

From storefronts to service programs, they meet daily needs in the neighborhoods they serve.

Reinvestment

Dollars earned stay in the community and compound over time.
